Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) to join our team. As an MTO, you will play a pivotal role in community management, lead generation, and event coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the startup ecosystem and looking to grow their careers in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Management:
- Engage with our startup community, providing support and building strong relationships.
- Facilitate communication between startups, mentors, investors, and partners.
- Manage online and offline community platforms to ensure active participation and engagement.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential startups, investors, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including networking events, masterclasses, and workshops.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including registrations, attendee communication, and on-site support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/relevant credentials in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Canva tools.
- Passionate about the startup ecosystem and eager to learn.
